You've probably heard it before, some version of "Ugh, Monday" or "Someone's got a case of the Monday's." We don't typically look forward to starting the week. Having had years of difficulty with focus and remaining optimistic and energized for the week, matcha was always my go-to. Unfortunately, the options out there weren't always great. We set out on a mission to change that.

Our Imperial Blend uses the youngest of shade-grown green tea leaves, offering an even more sophisticated umami flavorful profile. Think of this as our vintage blend, extra creamy with an exceptionally smooth finish.

We recommend trying our Imperial matcha first with water alone to experience the difference between the two matcha blends. Some say it is so creamy on its own that there is no need for milk!

I just woke up to have my first cup of this and oh my goodness! Keep in mind that I’m now a retired 3x a morning coffee cupper girl. I’ve only had one hot cup since 8am and still feel energized! The flavor has a smooth and distinct note that separates it from other Matcha brands I’ve tasted. I can’t wait to try an iced cup of Mndy Morning!
A little goes a long way for potency. This was a pleasure to make & taste. What I love about this most is that it super smooth and not gritty or powdery (this is the only way I could put it). I did notice I felt a little more burst of energy after a little while, subsequent to consumption… that was a plus! I used a portion of it to try making a matcha bubble tea… it passed the test! So I started going crazy experimenting with other things … I even made a matcha gimlet IYKYK! And just like the tea it melted right in, no grittiness or weird clumpy inconsistency. In my humble opinion, this is a two thumbs up matcha! Now get on the move and start selling accessories!
I had the Imperial Ceremonial. I love this matcha! It had a very smooth flavor with just a hint of natural sweetness. No added sugars which I loved, but I did add a touch of honey. No need for anything else to be added. You can definitely feel a calming effect. I'm a coffee drinker convert!
I was never a big fan of matcha but I ended up giving it an another try. It's very smooth and refreshing. It isn't bitter like some of the other brands that I have tried in the past. I highly recommend this for anyone with a refined palate.
